Outside of the office, Jake is training for his next marathon, exploring the outdoors on a new adventure, or spending quality time with his family and friends. He thrives on a "no excuses" mentality. He’s learned that true success comes from showing up, sweating the details, and simply outworking the competition. Jake co-founded CleanSlate to give business owners a streamlined, professional service that runs perfectly in the background, allowing his clients to walk into a fresh workspace every morning and focus entirely on reaching their own finish line.
Charlie Bemoras
FounderAs a co-founder of CleanSlate, Charlie is driven by the belief that excellence is found in the details. With a robust professional background centered on Strategic sales and Operations, Charlie has built his career on the art of high-level client retention and seamless service delivery. He brings a seasoned leadership perspective to the commercial cleaning industry, ensuring that every partnership is managed with professional precision and a focus on long-term value.
Outside of the office, Charlie is training religiously in the gym, exploring the world, or enjoying quality time with his family, friends, and dogs. He helped found CleanSlate to provide a higher standard of care—one where "good enough" is never the finish line and where business owners can finally trust their facility is in the hands of a dedicated, leadership-driven partner.
